1. Sponsor

2. Entry Period

The giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time (MT) on Monday, November 16, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. MT on Thursday, December 24, 2026 (the "Entry Period").

3. Eligibility

Open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older, are legal residents of Colorado, and own the home where the prize work would be performed, which must be their primary residence and located in the Denver metro area, defined for this giveaway as the City and County of Denver, the City and County of Broomfield, and Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Douglas, and Jefferson Counties, Colorado (the "Eligible Area"). Employees, owners, officers, and contractors of Sponsor, its advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible.

4. How to Enter

Complete the entry form on this page with all required information during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) entry per person and one (1) entry per household. Duplicate, incomplete, or ineligible entries, and entries submitted by bots, scripts, or other automated means, are void. Entry is free. No purchase, estimate, or appointment is required, and agreeing to receive marketing messages is not required to enter.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries in a live drawing on Friday, December 25, 2026 (Christmas Day). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone and must respond within seventy-two (72) hours. If the winner does not respond in time, declines, or is found ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random. Sponsor's decisions are final.

6. Prize

One (1) remodel of one (1) bathroom at the winner's eligible home, with an approximate retail value of $10,000, or, at the winner's option, $10,000 applied toward any other remodel project performed by Sponsor at the winner's eligible home. Any cost over $10,000 is the winner's responsibility. The prize covers design, labor, and materials for one bathroom, with fixtures and finishes selected from Sponsor's prize selection list. The prize does not include structural changes, relocating plumbing or electrical, hazardous material testing or abatement, permit or homeowner association fees, or any cost above $10,000, which the winner pays, unless Sponsor agrees otherwise in writing. Work may begin anytime after January 1, 2027, scheduled with the winner after confirmation, subject to a site inspection. If the inspection shows the work cannot reasonably be completed within the prize scope, Sponsor may substitute another bathroom in the home or select an alternate winner. No cash alternative. The prize is not transferable, and the winner may not substitute it.

7. Winner Requirements

Before receiving the prize, the winner may be required to provide proof of home ownership and to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability release. The winner agrees that Sponsor may use the winner's first name, city, and photos of the completed project for marketing purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. Sponsor may issue tax reporting forms as required by law.

9. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants release Sponsor and its agents, employees, and affiliates from any liability for claims arising from participation in the giveaway or the receipt, use, or misuse of the prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Meta Disclaimer

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram. Participants release Meta, Facebook, and Instagram from any liability related to the giveaway. Questions, comments, and complaints about the giveaway should be directed to Sponsor and not to Meta.

11. Privacy

Information collected is used to administer the giveaway and is handled as described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Entrants who separately opt in may also receive marketing messages from Sponsor.

12. General

Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if it cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond its control. This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. For the winner's first name and city, contact Sponsor at the email above after Friday, December 25, 2026 (Christmas Day).
